It also features the Gretsch round badge, Cadillac green finish, and a bass drum finished with gold sparkle inlay and vintage T-rods. The shells are traditional jazz sizes, including 20" x 14" bass drum, 12" x 8" tom, 14" x 14" floor tom, and a 4-1/2" x 14" snare drum. Each shell contains a vintage orange/white internal shell label that is uniquely serialized. The bass drum includes a gold 125th Anniversary logo affixed over the paint but underneath the lacquer on the drum shell. Other 125th Anniversary features include a Fiberskyn resonant bass drum head with offset Gretsch Drums logo, and coated batter/resonant heads featuring 125th Anniversary logos. This Progressive Jazz kit production is limited to 125 total kits for 2008. Its classic jazz sizes, vintage appearance, and traditional tones make this kit is a fitting revival of a time-honored Gretsch classic.
